COSEP - meet the community members!
The Caulfield to Dandenong Community Open Space Expert Panel oversaw plans for the 22.5 hectares of new open space created by elevating the Pakenham-Cranbourne line.
The body was chaired by the Chief Executive of the Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria, Professor Tim Entwisle and included members of local communities and councils, as well as organisations such as Bicycle Victoria, Victoria Police and the Office of the Victorian Government Architect.

Caulfield to Dandenong Community Open Space Expert Panel
A Community Open Space Expert Panel was established for the Caulfield to Dandenong Level Crossing Removal Project to oversee plans for the 22.5 hectares of new public open space created by elevating the Pakenham-Cranbourne Line.
